Where do you start with a Photographer that can make you feel like your just hanging out with a good friend and make you smile in the picture and not for the picture! I’ve never felt so confident in any photos of myself until I got my engagement photos, then came the year wait for the wedding and she probably got sick of my reels of cute ideas! But the wedding day came we sweat our butts off but let me tell you, you definitely will cry lots of happy tears when you see them photos! She definitely won’t be getting rid of us for our photography needs.

Jessica was everything we wanted in a photographer! She was so easy to work with, and had the best ideas for pictures. She even agreed to my crazy idea of doing fireworks in the middle of the street for some of our wedding pictures! How many other photographers will sing and play Baby Shark to get the littles to smile and pay attention??!! Jess did amazing with getting their attention. I highly recommend her and her photography skills!

Jessica is the sweetest photographer to work with. She took our wedding pictures and helped organize the flow of the day & elegantly corralled the wild groomsmen, oodles of family, etc. - resulting in fantastic photos- fun, romantic, high quality, creative, and just our style. She made us look better than we probably did on the hottest September day in history. Jessica made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and for 2 people that don’t enjoy getting photographed, that was just what we needed to feel calm on a crazy day.

Jessica received her B.A. in Graphic Design at the University of Northwestern, Saint Paul in 2007, where she also studied photography. She went on to work at a portrait studio in Maple Grove until she moved to Southern Minnesota in 2009. She then began photographing for Womeninc Magazine until 2013. Jessica has been photographing area families for over 10 years. She continues to take photography classes and tutorials, striving to always improve her art and better serve you.

In case you were curious...
- My own wedding was planned in four months, and we had no budget for a photographer. And I wish I had valued photography more than any part of my wedding day (other than my husband!).
- I have two boys and a girl - 8, 6 and 3 years old.
- I homeschool and sometimes think I must be crazy.
- Golden Retrievers have a soft spot in my heart. We've had 4 of them!
- I met my would-be-husband when we were about 16, even though we lived over 3 hours apart.
- My brain swaps the words "Green" and "Orange" and I will often unknowingly say the wrong one (Yes, I know the difference between them).
- I love music but am not musical and have no rhythm. It doesn't stop me from dancing though.
